2 Retrievers, LLC Earns Wholesale Distribution License, Earning Licensure as Pharmaceutical Brokers
It gives me tremendous pleasure to share that we have cleared inspection and licensing conducted by the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy as an authorized Wholesale Distributor of Dangerous Substances (Category III), Business type: BR-Broker, License Number: 0132000067.
Upon receiving our license, we are proudly qualified pharmaceutical brokers in Ohio. From the Ohio Administrative Code OAC 4729:6-7-01 Brokers - general operations: (B) Brokers shall only engage in the marketing, offering, or contracting for wholesale distribution and sale of dangerous drugs that are unopened (i.e. no partial stock bottles) and packaged in the manufacturer's original container.
After a lot of early mornings and late-night licensing and legal preparatory work and review whilst working full time (I wrote a +55-page SOP and Business Plan), this result brings a start to our exciting and arduous journey of working to make prescription medicines affordable and accessible to all.
Amidst the current pandemic crisis, I am hopeful that our Brokerage License will be a mechanism to help those in need. I would thank all of those who were by my side while I worked towards our licensure—a big CONGRATULATIONS to all our business partners on the expanded services and support we can now provide.
